"I was a bit baffled by the 5am message telling me that I had cancelled my booking (I had not cancelled my booking) and asking me why I had cancelled my booking. Since a new message arrived telling me that I had booked another driver, I assumed that the previous driver had cancelled.
I much appreciated the 10:31 message assuring me that my driver was on his way, although since I don't have that kind of phone and was already waiting outside for the car, I didn't get to see it until later in the day. But I was very pleased with the ease of service -- this was my first time using the service and I will definitely use it again in future."
